| Well, heres another one i havent updated in a bit, either dont have time, computer sux anus, or i go on myspace. But this one is my coolest one. I should keep this one up to date huh? Well my last entry was one of my essays for a scholarship. I did it at school so the only way to get it home w/o email was on here. Well i gotta go to bed. Work tomorrow and i need to feel better then i did today. Erin kept packing on the work load today and to add to it i was feeling like shibba-da! :( ahh the headache is comming back. Maybe its the computer. I need to get off my ass, Im gaining weight. Peacerz

To the Framers of the Constitution
While I have your attention, I have just one question, regarding your amendment to the constitution, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” Sirs, what was your intent—to allow every person, anywhere in the country, to worship their own God in their own way, with no government interference—or establish a government sponsored religious institution? Your answer to this question is extremely crucial, as in recent years this amendment has stirred up much controversy, confusion, and crises in this country.
Some Americans interpret this amendment to mean government must be completely separate, and secular from any religious influences. Others believe God has been a part of this nation since the beginning. Has not every session of Congress begun with a prayer by a paid preacher since 1777? Of the 55 founders of the Constitution, 52 of you were members of an established church in the colonies.
Some Americans have ignited lawsuits to attempt to prohibit various traditional practices followed for many decades. Recently, the U.S. Supreme Court was requested to hear arguments as to whether a display of the Ten Commandments on the capital grounds in Austin Texas violated this amendment. The opponents stated the display of these commandments conveyed a message of religious endorsement—while others believed they were a symbol of the country’s devotion to its legal heritage.
Although the Justices agreed to hear the argument, and as they wrestled whether to allow these displays, doubts have been expressed that this contentious issue will be resolved. Justice Sandra O’Connor stated, quote, “It’s so hard draw the line.” As the Justices ender the Supreme Court courtroom to deliberate, the two huge oak doors have the Ten Commandments engraved on each lower portion of each door. As one sits inside the courtroom one can see the wall, right above where the Supreme Court judges sit, a display of the Commandments.
Questions have also arisen regarding the words “Under God” and “In God we trust,” used in our pledge of allegiance to our flag, and on our currency. A court case involving the “Under God” phrase in the pledge of allegiance—challenged as an unconstitutional establishment of religion, and defended as a historical reflection of the country’s spiritual roots—was never resolved, and the case was eventually dismissed.
For the past 220 years, the people of this nation have co-existed peacefully between a population made up largely of religious believers of many persuasions and those Americans who believes government should be confined to a secular realm. Hopefully, gentlemen, the recent controversies over this amendment will result in compromise; as James Madison known as “the father of our constitution” stated: “We have staked the whole of all our political institutions upon the capacity of mankind for self government, upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves to control ourselves, and to sustain ourselves.” | | |
| Well, Yesterday was the metal fest and lemme tell you it was totally different from what i expected, i kinda was nervous and thot i totally would stand out and people would look at me like "what is she doing here shes deff not heavy metal" but nope...everyone was so nice, random people would just talk to you and be cool.
When we got there, to the Palladium, we parked in the parking lot right across the street from it then we walked down and we had to wait outside for about an hour, it was so cool cuz you got to see the different bands come out and get their crap like guitars and crap from the vans they came in. and people were cool too they werent like stalking them and trying to get autographs, probably cuz they didnt look any different from their fans, you couldnt tell they were in a band. Wen they finally started letting people in we had to take everything out of our pockets and be patted down..haha then wen we got in you heard the music right away, andrew took my hand and lead me to the main stage were a group was playing, they were priddy good, it was cool, not many people were there yet. Then i went to the bathroom...ya that was an adventure, there was only one stall left and i really had to go so i went in and there was puke in the toilet, and then my door wouldnt close so i friggen had to hover over the seat and hold the door closed while peeing! and i shut my fingers in the door i was like OMFG!! that hurt... then i went back and the band was still up there they played about 3/4 more songs and then another group started setting up, it took a half hour and they came on and more people started to come in but this group SUCKED then the next group came on (after setting up another half hour) and this band...(i wish i could remember the name) was good... a couple bands later and there was a band that was sooooo good. Then finally All That Remains came on OMFG!!!!!! they were SOOOOOOOOOOOO awesome!!!!!! Now this is andrew's music remember usually, ya i dont mind it but i wouldnt listen to it unless i was with andrew, not this band they r so good and they r awesome live... i was even head banging... it was just awesome, the experience was awesome. And andrew would hold me close, that felt good, i saw some girls with their guys and the guy would leave em to go in the mosh pit, andrew stayed with me and held me close. We were waiting for Unearth to come on, but when this group Obituary came on, they had everything on to the max and they sucked,and me and andrew were getting tired, so Unearth came on and we only listened to a song and a half and we had to go. When we got out of the place our ears were ringing so bad we could barely hear and we were so out of it, HaHa. But the whole time in the concert i kept getting wiffs of pot LOL and i was watching the mosh pit it was CRAZY not only were people crowd surfing but there was actual people WALKING on the croud, stepping on peoples faces and crap, i was like holy crap. Wen me and andrew were leaving there was a guy outside with the paramedics, and he was all blood. It was gross. But hey, whatever floats your boat i guess! So then we went to andrew's house, everyone was asleep, we got into our pjs and climbed into bed and just fell sleep. I woke up now and then, i felt andrew cover me up w/ blankets but i just fell bak to sleep till like 8:30, i heard talking so i suddenly woke up, andrew laffed cuz i was like whoa LOL, it was only the tv. I told him about my dream, i had a dream that he was a pervert LOL that loved to look at Porno haha, and i broke up with him because of it and i took off and i stopped on the way home to talk to bobbert and tell him how much of a perv andrew was and bob didnt care so i went home and tara and tasha and malia and jessenia was there and they were like o who cares about him lets go find a guy so we did and me and jessenia ended up like doing him and then i remember he wasnt wearing a condom so i got scared and cried and it was a WEIRD DREAMMM haha and then he was picking on me and was like laffing at me cuz i had such a weird dream LOL and he was like HEY you had sex with another guy in ur dream! I was like i didnt pick to have a dream like that haha.. and i was like im sure u have had many dreams about having sex with hot girls, you just dont remember your dreams as well as i remember mine! LOL, i do i remember my dreams SO clearly! its weird.
So ne ways, andrew brought me home round 11, i came home took a shower and got ready to go w/ my mom to the hospital to see her friend. Then came home and now im here! Im gonna go clean up my room, im gonna unpack some stuff, cuz i had a buncha stuff packed cuz Jim was gonna re-do my room this winter but he decided not to do that till i go away to college, so i am gonna make my room cool again, cuz im sick of it looking like a tornado went thru it and stuff. so thats what im doing today while andrew is with josh and chris at the metal fest~... i should prolly work on my friggen english paper but i dont feel like it!!!!

Its true. Right now i just want to make the most of what I have with my friends. I wanna be crazy. I wanna be goofy. I wanna be me. Not so stressed about work, school, n crap. I just want to have fun!!!!!! Not that i wanna stop working cuz the $$ is great and the work is easy but just saying that this horoscope is right on :)
Andrew and I are going on vacation together this summer! We are going to Maine, to a campground July 17-23, ALL BY OURSELVES. This is gonna be interesting. But last year wen we went to Maine(although it ended up horrible cuz of my aunts) it was awsome. The scenery in Maine is so ...unexplainable! And we enjoyed eachother. Thats how i think its gonna be this year, but this time a little longer so we MIGHT and prolly will get on eachothers nerves at sum point but we always do that then we r like fine in 5 mins LOL I was just suprised my mom was like yeah sure i trust you. I cant wait.
I cant wait till prom man. I hope theres some good parties afterward at someones place. I cant wait till dinner cruise either. Im not goin on the senior trip cuz Auburn High and David Prouty are going on the same day and i dont feel like goin in my bathing suit in front of all them or doing nothing and paying $20 for it. Senior skip day...hmm... i wanna do something w/ a buncha people on that day but i havent heard anything and it wont be warm enuff for the beach. I wanna go to six flags.
OK heres to tara-Im sorry tara. I love you girl. NO matter what happens w/ you and jimmy i am here and what we talk about stops at us, so no worries about that. Just know that Jimmy has done this before, if your thinkin about going back with him, think about it long and hard because hes done it how many times before? He'll do it again. I can't make up your mind and I kno you love him. But just think about it. I have nothing against Jimmy except that alot of times he treats you like crap and you deserve better then how he treats you. Your extremely pretty and talented and funny and you could get any guy. Know that all of us graphics girls are right by your side. I hope you read this. xoxo

Ugh Im a walking hive right now. I have hives from head to toe, litterally, i have em all over my scalp, on my eyes, down my neck, on my boobns, near my crotch and on my lower tummy, on my butt, on my knees and on my feet so its hard to walk, not to mention on my arms and hands, i can barely move em. I went to the doc, she gave me med for the hives and med for the itching. Cant work tonite, already had requested tomorro off cuz i have a physical ne wayz...
This horoscope is so me right now. Im so freaking out over Prom-A-Thon, im worried i wont have enough help or wont get that many people to come or who knows what. Right now i got everything together, i made up the baskets and i have 5/6 pairs of shoes for raffle..then i have 4 dresses that will just be for show so people can see that pretty dresses will be there on april 9th. I need to call malia to see if she can help me get the crap into school tomorro mornin and to see how it went at the fashion show, if she got to do wut she told me she was gonna do...and see if she has any ideas. My sis and my mom r at walmart, they r gonna get raffle tickets. They will b .50 cents a ticket or 10 for $3/4 , 20 for $8.50 sumthin, i dunno. Gotta make those posters up tomoro in shop along w make andrew's stuff ...
ahhh LoL lots to do this week..rush rush rush...
